Somalisa Acacia
Somalisa Acacia is a family-friendly safari camp located slightly to the west of Somalisa Camp, set on the edge of a seasonal floodplain in Hwange National Park. Hwange is home to over 100 species of mammals, including zebra, wildebeest, wild dogs, and lions, as well as a rich variety of birdlife such as kori bustards and Bradfield’s hornbills. A stay at Somalisa Acacia offers families the perfect opportunity to connect, explore, and fully experience the beauty and wildlife of Hwange.
Accommodation consists of two luxury en suite tents and two luxury family units with interleading walkways between the parents’ and children’s rooms, each with their own en suite facilities. The camp combines comfort and style with an intimate atmosphere, making it ideal for families travelling with younger children.
