- Game Drives
Twice-daily game drives (morning and afternoon) take place within the Khwai Concession, offering exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities throughout the year. Guided by experienced safari professionals, drives explore diverse habitats in search of elephants, predators, and a wide variety of plains game. Guests may occasionally enjoy short guided walks from the vehicle, providing a more immersive connection with the surrounding environment. Night drives within the concession can be arranged in place of, or in addition to, afternoon drives and typically depart after dinner, allowing for sightings of nocturnal species rarely encountered during the day.
- Traditional Mokoro (Dugout Canoe) Excursions
A serene, engine-free way to explore the waterways of the Okavango Delta, mokoro excursions are guided by skilled local polers who navigate narrow channels while sharing insight into the ecosystem and culture of the region. This peaceful experience offers close-up encounters with birdlife, hippos, elephants, and other wildlife, particularly during the high-water season when flood levels are ideal for gliding through the Delta’s tranquil landscapes.
