Canyon Village is set among quiver trees in the Fish River Canyon area, offering an ideal base for exploring one of Namibia’s most iconic natural wonders. The lodge features 42 comfortable chalets, each designed with warm, homely touches that blend harmoniously with the surrounding rocky landscape.
The central area houses a restaurant, bar and lounge where guests can unwind on comfortable couches. For those seeking light exercise, a refreshing swim or a stroll along one of the many walking trails through the surrounding hills is the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

Guests at Canyon Village can enjoy morning and afternoon drives towards Fish River Canyon, as well as sunset nature drives, guided nature walks and sunrise hikes within Canyon Park. Wildlife sightings may include zebra, wildebeest, springbok and gemsbok. Guests wishing to self-drive within the park will receive a trail map to guide their journey. A hiking trail from Canyon Village leads to a mountain plateau, offering panoramic views of the vast plains. Sundowner excursions to nearby mountains provide the perfect way to end the day.
