Banks of the Chobe River in the Eastern Zambezi Region, Namibia
Pangolin Voyager houseboat
DISCOVER
pangolin voyager houseboat
The Pangolin Voyager Houseboat Chobe River offers a fully hosted safari experience where wildlife viewing and photographic opportunities unfold directly from the water. In addition, this slower-paced journey combines comfort and intimacy, allowing for close-up encounters with elephants, birdlife, and riverine landscapes in one of Botswana’s most wildlife-rich regions.
Set on the Namibian side of the Chobe River, with Chobe National Park just across the water, the Pangolin Voyager Houseboat sits within one of Southern Africa’s most wildlife-rich corridors. This stretch of river is well known for its large elephant populations and abundant birdlife. As a result, guests can enjoy exceptional wildlife viewing throughout the year.
Meanwhile, life on board remains both relaxed and refined. The upper deck features shared spaces, including a lounge and dining area with large sliding glass doors, a well-stocked bar, and a shaded outdoor deck. Here, guests can unwind on loungers, enjoy casual seating, or relax in a quiet reading space overlooking the river.
The houseboat accommodates up to eight guests in five en-suite cabins, each configurable as a double or twin. Each cabin includes air-conditioning, mosquito-netted windows, and charging points for cameras and devices. As a result, the setup is ideal for photography-focused safaris.
